Situated in the village of Vosne-Romanée, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is the world-famous wine estate co-owned by the de Villaine and Leroy families. DRC produces wines from eight different grand cru vineyards that span the length of the Côte d`Or. The domaine`s Montrachet Grand Cru is one of the rarest and finest white wines, produced from a 0.67-hectare vineyard holding where the vines are over 60 years old. This release is from the 2013 vintage, from which only a small quantity of bottles was produced. It’s a rich and ripe expression, with quite a strong line of acidity, showing notes of citrus fruit, grapefruit, yellow apples, a touch of wildflowers and chalk.

The 2013 Montrachet from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti is a white Burgundy widely acknowledged for its complexity, intensity, and balance. Crafted entirely from Chardonnay, it represents the pinnacle of white wine production in the Montrachet vineyard. Notes of citrus, green apple, toasted nuts, and a minerally finish.
