The 2015 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru Demoiselles is a superb wine with excellent fruit weight, rich texture, incisive acidity and a wonderfully long, mineral-infused finish. It is perfect for drinking now but in larger format bottles this should evolve beautifully over the next 20-30+ years.
