To celebrate their 20th anniversary in 1999, Aalto released this limited-edition jeroboam, from three vintages classified as ‘very good’ by the DO Ribera del Duero. 2016, 2017 and 2018. It’s a concentrated red wine, with intense aromas of red and black fruits, dark chocolate, coffee beans and subtle hints of spice. The palate it is fruity, expressive and very elegant.

The Aalto XX Anniversary is a special edition wine released to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Bodegas Aalto. This limited-edition wine is made from carefully selected Tempranillo grapes sourced from old vines across the best parcels in the Ribera del Duero region. Aged in oak barrels for an extended period, this wine exhibits exceptional depth, complexity, and aging potential. The Aalto XX Anniversary is characterized by its rich, full-bodied texture, balanced acidity, and robust tannins. It unfolds layers of dark fruit, spices, and toasted oak nuances leading to an elegantly long finish.

Bodegas Aalto is a prestigious Spanish winery in the Ribera del Duero DO, renowned for producing some of the most highly regarded wines in the region. The winery was founded in 1999 by Mariano García, former winemaker of Vega Sicilia, and Javier Zaccagnini, former head of the Consejo Regulador of the Ribera del Duero DO. Their partnership was formed with the goal of creating wines that would express the unique character of the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) grape and the distinct terroirs of Ribera del Duero.
