This particular release come from a 0.57-hectare plot in the Grand Cru Latricières-Chambertin, which was added to the Leroy holdings in 1989. The 1996 vintage is perfectly mature right now, offering plenty of ripe black cherries, truffles, baking spices and a touch of damp earth.
