Formerly based in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Jacky Truchot-Martin was a wine producer in operation until 2005. The estate consisted of 6 hectares of vineyards in three Burgundy appellations. Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. After founder Jacky Truchot decided to retire, the property was sold off and the business closed down. His wines have now become very rare and highly sought-after by collectors. This is the 1998 vintage of the domaine’s Charmes-Chambertin, made from old vines of Pinot Noir. Expect notes of dates, meat, wet earth and truffles.

Offers an exquisite balance between fruit and earth, featuring notes of ripe cherries, raspberries, hints of truffle, and a subtle earthiness. With age, it has developed a silky texture and complex secondary notes of forest floor and spices.
