Description

Located in the commune of Vosne-Romanée, Domaine de la Romanée-Conti – or simply DRC – is the legendary Burgundy wine producer that needs no introduction. The estate is owned in part by the de Villaine family and in part by the Leroy family, with Alexandre Bernier in charge of the winemaking. The Domaine’s Montrachet Grand Cru is one of the rarest and finest white wines, produced from a 0.67-hectare vineyard holding where the vines are over 60 years old. The 2012 is a texturally distinct wine, extremely refined, light but also expansive.
