Description

Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair is a relatively new wine estate since it was formed at the beginning of the year 2000 by Count Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, agricultural engineer and oenologist. His aim was to take over the running of those remaining parcels of vineyards owned by his family. Clos de Vougeot is made with purchased fruit from a certified organic grape grower, 2015 being its first vintage. Expect a ripe black fruit character, with hints of exotic spices and rose petals.
