Château Les Carmes Haut Brion is an estate situated in Pessac-Léognan and has, since 2010, benefitted significantly from the investment in renovation and replanting undertaken by new owner, Patrice Pichet. The 2017 is a chewy and mineral-tinged release composed of 41% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot and 29% Cabernet Sauvignon. A stellar red Bordeaux that should evolve beautifully in bottle. Sold in glorious large format.

Château Les Carmes Haut-Brion is a historic wine estate located in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, part of the Bordeaux wine region. Unlike many of its neighbors in Haut-Brion, the château has a unique history as it was originally founded as a vineyard for the Carmelite monks in the 16th century.
