Ornellaia Vendemmia d’Artista celebrates the unique character of each new vintage. Since 2006 an artist has created a work of art and a series of limited edition labels inspired by one word to describe the vintage. In 2013, Japanese artist Yutaka Sone, depicted ‘L’Eleganza’ (Elegance). Bottle no. 76 of 100.

The 2013 Ornellaia Vendemmia d`Artista edition, featuring Bottle 76 in a 300cl format, showcases the artful blend and exceptional quality of Ornellaia wines. This vintage is characterized by its balanced structure and aromatic complexity. The wine exhibits rich aromas of dark berry fruits, accompanied by floral notes and spice, leading to a palate laden with flavors of blackberry, plum, and hints of chocolate, supported by fine tannins and a lingering finish.

The Vendemmia d’Artista series exemplifies the fusion of art and wine, highlighting the unique character of each Ornellaia vintage. This project sees the winery collaborating with renowned artists to design limited editions, with a portion of the proceeds going to support the arts.
