Pago de los Capellanes is a premium winery in the Burgos district of the Ribera del Duero D.O. El Nogal is made from 100% Tempranillo from a single estate in the village of Pedrosa de Duero and is aged for 18 months in French oak casks. Intense in colour, aroma and flavour, this is a classic but superbly elegant iteration of Ribera del Duero Tempranillo with wonderful notes of black and red fruits, incense, coffee, liquorice and graphite. A delicious, full-bodied red that would be superb with a chargrilled steak.

The 2015 El Picón is a testament to the exceptional vintage, characterized by its depth of flavor, complexity, and aging potential. This wine has been meticulously crafted from select old Tempranillo vines, yielding a rich and structured wine that is a true expression of its unique terroir. This wine offers a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, cherries, tobacco, and spices, complemented by a palate of lush fruit, finely integrated tannins, and a long, balanced finish.
