Description

With headquarters in Meursault, Domaine Leroy was formed in 1988 when Lalou Bize-Leroy acquired the estate of Charles Noëllat in Vosne-Romanée and subsequently Philippe-Rémy’s property in Gevrey-Chambertin. Today, Domaine Leroy owns approximately 23 hectares, including impressive holdings in nine Grands Crus and eight Premier Crus, all farmed biodynamically. This particular release comes from ‘Les Vignots’, a cool lieu-dit where Leroy cultivates a 1.25-hectare parcel. The 1995 vintage yielded a small crop but produced high quality wines built for long ageing.
