The 2017 Château Canon is less flamboyant than its 2015 and 2016 predecessors but, nonetheless, is imbued with sublime aromas of black cherries, plum, tapenade and roses. Medium-bodied on the palate, it exudes exceptional elegance with filigree tannin, effortless freshness and a long, mineral-tinged finish. It is a blend of 77% Merlot and 23% Cabernet Franc.
