Founded in 1859, the Gaja Winery has been owned and operated by five generations of the Gaja family and is one of the most famous wineries in Barbaresco. Costa Russi is a single cru in the Barbaresco township and the 2014 release is a beautiful wine with wonderfully broad notes of dark fruits, spice, tar, leather and liquorice.
