Schrader Cellars is a small boutique winery in California specialising in Cabernet Sauvignon. The RBS is a produced from a single clone of Cabernet from two blocks of the revered Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard. The 2008 is full-bodied, powerful and gloriously expansive, with huge waves of sweet black fruits, dark chocolate, scorched earth, liquorice and exotic spices. Seamless, sumptuous and exceptionally complex, this is almost as good as Californian Cabernet gets.
