Made from 90% Garnacha with 8% Cariñena and 1% white grapes, the 2014 release is a profound wine of remarkable complexity and finesse. It wafts seductively from the glass with aromas of black cherry, wild strawberry, anise, crushed peppercorns and slatey minerality. On the palate it is intensely flavoured, pure and precise, not once seeming heavy or overworked, with superb balance of fruit, floral perfume, acidity, silky tannins and hallmark mineral tension.
