Domaine Jacques Prieur is a relatively large Burgundy producer, with approximately 21 hectares under vine, including holdings in 9 Grand Crus and 14 Premier Crus. This particular cuvée comes from the Grand Cru Échezéaux, where the estate owns a 0.36-hectare plot. The wine underwent 100% malolactic fermentation and was aged entirely in oak barrels for 20 months.
