Established in the late 1920s by Pierre Ramonet, the estate is now run by Noël Ramonet and his brother Jean-Claude. This release hails from the Grand Cru Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, where Ramonet owns approximately 0.4 hectares. The nose evokes floral aromas such as lilies and jasmine, followed by hints of peppermint, ripe yellow fruit and cream.
