The 2002 Cristal Rosé Vinothèque represents the most recent addition to Louis Roederer`s series of late-released champagnes. Over time, some of its sharp edges have mellowed, although the 2002 vintage was already extraordinary upon its initial release. It presents a captivating array of red-toned fruit, subtle spices, dried floral notes, kirsch, and a hint of mint, resulting in a timeless and astonishing Cristal Rosé that shines brilliantly today. The dosage for this wine is 7 grams per litre, and it was disgorged in 2018.
