Description

Having worked at some of the greatest Napa wineries and subsequently forged a reputation as one of the region`s most formidable winemakers, Helen Turley founded her own tiny boutique winery, Marcassin, in 1991. The 2000 Upper Barn Vineyard Chardonnay (formerly known as Gauer Ranch) exudes delightfully intense notes of tropical fruit, citrus butter, grilled nuts, leesy richness and griddled nut savoury nuance. It is a full-bodied, rich and intense style of Chardonnay and would be brilliant alongside herby roast chicken. Here in glorious magnum format.
