Situated in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Ponsot is a family-run wine producer with most of its holdings in Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards. The estate was established by William Ponsot in 1872 and is currently run by his descendant Rose-Marie Ponsot. This cuvée was sourced from Latricières-Chambertin, one of the eight Grand Cru vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin. This plot was rented by Domaine Ponsot who no longer produces a Latricières-Chambertin.
