The 2015 Saffredi is a blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 10% Petit Verdot. An explosion of dense black, plumy fruit with a succession of savoury flavours and spice culminating in a deliciously long finish. This is a prodigious effort on release and promises only to improve on what is already an exceptional foundation.

Blended from predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a touch of Petit Verdot, it exhibits rich flavors of dark fruits, spices, and a hint of oak, balanced with fine tannins and a lingering finish. Rich dark fruit, spice, well-integrated oak, fine tannins, and a long finish.
