Domaine Grivelet Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1969 is a fully mature red Burgundy from the prized Chambolle Premier Cru of Les Amoreuses in the Côte de Nuits. With more limestone soil than is typical in Burgundy, Les Amoureuses produces fine, filigree wines with a perfume which has enchanted many a Burgundy aficionado. 1969 was an excellent Burgundy vintage, producing low yields but very high-quality fruit, in particular in Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny.
