Description

Formerly based in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Jacky Truchot-Martin was a wine producer which was in operation between 1978 and 2005. The estate consisted of 6 hectares of vineyards in three Burgundy appellations. Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. After founder Jacky Truchot decided to retire, the property was sold off and the business closed down. His wines have now become very rare and highly sought-after by collectors. This is Jacky’s 1996 Charmes-Chambertin, a vintage that produced a large crop of healthy grapes, with high sugars, excellent acidity and intense colours.
