Domaine Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet 2021 is a Grand Cru white Burgundy from the climat of Chevalier-Montrachet in the Puligny-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. Domaine Leflaive Grands Crus can be powerful yet austere when young and often require 10 to 15 years of ageing to show their true colours. Leflaive has been certified biodynamic since 1997. The 2021 Leflaive Chevalier-Montrachet was barrel-fermented and matured in oak barrels for 12 months and a further six months in tank before bottling.
