Domaine Etienne Sauzet Chevalier-Montrachet 2017 is a full-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Grand Cru climat of Chevalier-Montrachet in the Puligny-Montrachet commune of the Côte de Beaune. The wines of Etienne Sauzet are among the most sought-after in Puligny. The Premiers and Grands Crus, in particular, tend to be models of concentration with restraint. Etienne Sauzet tends to dial down the use of new oak, preferring a level of around 20% new for its 1er Cru Chardonnays. The domaine vineyards have been farmed biodynamically since 2010.
