This is a box set containing three 750ml bottles each of Sine Qua Non’s sensational 2015 releases, M Syrah and E Grenache.M is a single-vineyard blend produced from the Eleven Confessions Estate Vineyard in Santa Rita Hills composed of 90.6% Syrah, 4.4% Petite Syrah, 2.6% Grenache and 2.4% Viognier, aged for around 38 months in French oak, of which 66% was new.E is a single-vineyard, barrel-selection blend from the Eleven Confessions Estate Vineyard composed of 82% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 5% Petite Syrah and 1% Viognier, aged for around 38 months in French oak, of which 28% was new.

The 2015 M/E Set by Sine Qua Non is a limited edition release featuring a blend of six bottles: three Syrah and three Grenache. These wines exemplify the extraordinary craft of winemaking and the unique expression of the California terroir. Each varietal presents a distinctive profile, with the Syrah offering rich, dark fruit flavors, and the Grenache contributing vibrant red fruit notes and a supple texture. The Syrah shows layers of dark fruits, pepper, and spice, while the Grenache offers a contrast with red fruits, floral notes, and a smooth texture.

Sine Qua Non is a California winery known for its Rhône style blends, a tendency to avoid repetition, and highly limited production of wine that’s often difficult to obtain. It was founded by Manfred Krankl and his wife Elaine. The winery is located in Ventura County, within the Central Coast region of California.
