Situated along Napa Valley’s Oakville bench, the Ulysses vineyard was once part of the famed Charles Hopper ranch and was acquired by Christian Moueix in 2008. From the brilliant 2014 vintage, this is a blend of 92% Cabernet Sauvignon with lesser parts Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It is a broad, creamy and supple wine, with alluring notes of ripe plum, fig, liquorice, cedar and tobacco.

The 2014 Ulysses Napa Valley offers a rich and intricate expression of Napa Valley's Oakville terroir. Developed under the expertise of the Ulysses Vineyard team, this vintage presents a harmonious blend of depth, intensity, and elegance, beautifully concentrated with a vibrant structure. Features dense layers of blackberry, cassis, and black cherry, with nuances of graphite and cedar. Firm tannins and a smooth, lingering finish.
