Description

Formerly based in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis, Jacky Truchot was a wine producer whose operations closed down in 2005. His estate consisted of 6 hectares of vineyards in three Burgundy appellations. Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-Saint-Denis and Chambolle-Musigny. Jacky retired after the 2005 vintage and sold all except one of his vineyards to David Duband through an investor. His wines have now become very rare and highly sought-after by collectors. There are only a few remaining bottles of his ‘Clos de la Roche’ 1998, a very good vintage despite a difficult growing season.
