Very good handsome leather-bound book with gilt detailing adorning the covers and spine. Gilt lined pages. A later printing; 1910 stated on the title page. The first edition was published 1904. Illustrated with pictures by Maxfield Parrish. Tissue guards are intact. Moderate soil and water damage at the bottom end. Moderate edgewear. Dent to long edge of back cover, and corners slightly bent, partial cracking to front gutter. Housed in a slipcase.
