Zafarse is an authentic Baltic 42, the legendary Doug Peterson designed 42ft sailing yacht built by Baltic Yachts, Finland in 1985. Only around 30 of these boats were ever built, such is their exclusivity. She is of GRP construction and is purpose built as a luxury offshore cruiser/racer. She features a powerful rig, designed for speed and safety, soft vinyl headlinings, deep cushioning and rich timbers giving a feeling of luxury and elegance. From the lead fin keel to the double spreader aluminium mast the attention to detail and sheer engineering excellence is obvious. Although an older design she still demonstrates outstanding sailing performance, has a low racing handicap and spacious, comfortable accommodation and all at a fraction of the cost of a more modern vessel.
