Left to mature undisturbed for a remarkable quarter of a century, it was then bottled at 43% ABV. Expect aromas of dried orange slices, raisins, sultanas, and apricot complemented by ginger syrup and oak. On the palate, it delivers a wealth of rich dried fruits, black cherries, and chocolate, accentuated by hints of crystallized ginger and toasted almonds. The grand finale is a long-lasting finish with subtle touches of oak.
