This listing is for an exceptionally rare Audemars Piguet 25934BC - the Equation of Time Perpetual Calendar in white gold. This example was released in the early 2000's. It comes as watch only (no box or papers) although we can gladly order archives if needed for a small fee. The equation of time is one of the most romantic and metaphysical complications as it tracks the movement of Earth and humankind through time and space. Often paired with another astronomical complication—the perpetual calendar that tracks variances in the length of months and years—the equation of time is one of the true hallmarks of ultra-complicated watchmaking. This watch is a perpetual calendar, the moonphase is tracked, and of course is has the equation of time. The case measures a comfortable 39mm and wears extremely well under a cuff. Of course, this examples is the Mexico version. The original retail of this piece was close to $80K before taxes and not many examples are offered for sale today.
