The Breguet Tradition 7097 pays homage to the memory of Breguet's founder, Abraham-Louis Breguet, by revealing the inner workings of the timepiece in a manner reminiscent of the ‘subscription watches’ and the tact watches. It displays the bridge, wheels, escapement, barrel, and other components of the movement on the top side of the mainplate. This line distinguishes itself by reintroducing the most remarkable Breguet features while enabling viewers to admire the complexity of its mechanism, including a retrograde seconds located at 10 o'clock.
