The watch and strap are both completely unworn. However, they may sometimes be imperfections on the leather strap that happen during storage. The reason being is that the watch is typically not stored with the leather strap fully extended, but rather bent around a pillow for safe storage. The strap is designed to fit a wide range of wrist sizes and should be able to accommodate most purchasers.
