We are pleased to offer this immaculate preowned 18k white gold Rolex Day-Date, in the 36mm case size. This watch has a silver Roman numeral dial. This timepiece has the reference 118209 and has a P serial. We purchased the watch from the original owner, who bought the watch new from the famed Rolex Authorized Dealer: Wempe in NYC on 08/24/01. This watch has a Rolex President bracelet with 2 links removed (but included as pictured). The sapphire crystal is in beautiful condition. The case and bracelet are in stellar condition and the bracelet is as tight as could be, with zero stretch. This watch was just professionally serviced by our watchmaker and it is keeping excellent time. There are minor nicks on the crystal edge near 12:00. The watch will ship with its original Rolex display box, Rolex kerchief, Rolex cleaning cloth, leather holder, papers sleeve, booklets, pads and leather checkbook-style case, as well as the original warranty papers, as pictured.

The Rolex Day-Date, introduced in 1956, was the first wristwatch to display the date and day of the week spelled out in full in a window on the dial. It is exclusively made of precious metals, primarily 18k gold or platinum. The Day-Date is often associated with influential figures and has earned the nickname 'The President’s Watch.'
