Fresh ANNUAL completed 4/24 included a prop overhaul. 3722TT, engine 702 SMOH, Prop 1023 SNEW, 7 SOH, Aspen MAX EFD & MFD, JPI 900 engine monitor, Avidyne IFD 440, WAAS (interfaces with Foreflight), Garmin GTX 345 transponder {ADSB in/out). New magneto 6/23, IFR/VFR due 11/24, New interior 6/22. Century Altimatic IIIc autopilot in great working condition, allows for coupled ILS or RNAV approaches. Great cross-country IFR platform. A/C has been removed. Plane flies regularly so hours change weekly.
