The Cessna 182 is the most in demand used single engine, general aviation aeroplane. The valuation databases all confirm its what people are searching for. G-MRMA is a heavily upgraded 1999 example, and it has a number of unique features. The current owner has had Multiflight fit a BRS parachute system to the aircraft, in addition to a comprehensive avionics upgrade by Bournemouth Avionics. To find a privately owned, hangared example where an enthusiast owner has invested time and money in the aeroplane is always the buyers goal. Recently the aircraft has had Lo Presti flap gap seals, Knots 2 U wing wag LED lights, Rosen Visors all fitted in 2023.
The 1999 airframe has just 2044hrs TTAFE. The propeller has 844hrs SPOH in January 2016. ARC is valid through to Jan 2025 and the annual is good through to December 2024. At the last annual the compressions were 75/72/76/76/77/79. New magnetos were fitted in April 2023. Any inspection welcome, we will position it wherever it needs to be once we have agreed a deal.
Performance from the 182S is spectacular for anyone not used to the type, and there are very few airfields you won’t manage with this aeroplane. It will cruise all day at 134ktas burning 12.5 USG per hour, and its useful load is a meaningful 1069lbs. The avionics upgrades make this a really capable IFR touring aeroplane, and that is what it’s current owner uses it for. We would love to show it to you in person, or make a personalised video walk around.
