I hate to see it go, but it has served its purpose for me and it is time to move on. The Cessna 310R in particular is my favorite light twin. The long nose and Its IO520's make this airplane look and feel like a beast. Personally, I've always been more of a Beechcraft guy but given the choice between the 310R and a Baron 58, I still would choose the 310. The utility of this aircraft is way better. Not only can it seat six people, similar to the Baron, but it can also carry their gear. The Baron is limited to Nose Cargo whereas the 310 has wing lockers that can hold a decent amount. 120LBS a side if I remember correctly. Thats enough for a small child! I'm kidding of course, but the utility aspect is great. This airplane can hold up to 163 Usable Gallons of fuel and burns a nominal 30GPH at 175 Knots True. I love this machine and am so conflicted on selling it. My main hope is that it goes to the right home, and someone can enjoy it as much as I have. It is the perfect blank slate airplane and you can make into whatever you want.
Airplane is finishing annual and is located in San Antonio Texas at the moment.
