Great opportunity to get into a Grumman Cheetah. STC for Automotive gas. Tremendous potential here for expense saving ownership with that STC! Engine is healthy with great compressions. Avionics and Interior are older with normal use and wear, but still serviceable. Paint is 8 out of 10. We can complete in-house optional up-grades for Avionics and paint protection with ceramic coating. Plane shows very well and flies beautifully! UAvionix Tail Beacon ADSB installed 6/28/24 Serial #2023008. Annual Inspection completed 6/1/24. Transponder and Pitot static check completed 7/11/24. ELT battery expires 6/26. AD 2004-10-14 complied with, crankshaft gear bolt replaced. Mags rebuilt 5/13/21 @ 3227.3 Tach time. 807lbs Useful load Scanned log books available upon request. A log book audit was also completed and will be sent with logs. We have a shop that has never worked on this aircraft within 20 minutes flying time that can complete the annual or buyer can bring own mechanic to perform in our shop.
