(“Piper”) provides a limited warranty with respect to each new aircraft it manufactures (“Aircraft”) on the terms and conditions set forth below. 1. Warrantor: This limited warranty is granted by Piper Aircraft, Inc., 2926 Piper Drive, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 USA. 2. Terms of Your Aircraft Warranty: The Limited Warranty on Aircraft, excluding Aircraft Paint and Graphics Warranty shall extend for 730 days after the warranty activation date or until the Aircraft’s tachometer time or Hobbs time exceeds 1000 hours, whichever comes first. The Aircraft Paint & Graphics Warranty shall extend for 365 days after the warranty activation date. The warranty activation date means the first to occur of (a) delivery of the aircraft to a purchaser which intends to use it for commercial or private use, (b) the date on which the Aircraft’s tachometer time or Hobbs time exceeds 100 hours or (c) twelve months after the Aircraft is shipped from Piper’s factory. 3. Parties to Which Warranty is Extended: Piper’s Limited Warranty on Aircraft shall extend to the initial purchaser of the Aircraft and any other person or entity to which title to the Aircraft is transferred during the applicable warranty term.
