FRESH ANNUAL-TEST FLIGHT-LOGS REVIEWED Retired after 68 glorious flying years. My trusty Cherokee PA28-235, flown only by me for 21 years, is looking for a new home! Owned and flown only by Ben for the last 21 years, an experienced pilot with 68 years flying SE ME Rotorcraft USA and New Zealand License (retired Capt in USAF, ranked 1st in USAF 57-S Class and awarded FAA Master Pilot). Plane is registered and owned by a Nevada LLC formed by Ben's Family Trust, hangered at KWVI. Picture of the plane is one of many trips around the Rockies, Cascades, Sierras to mid USA, Canada and Mexico. This one was Camping overnight at Monument Valley enroute to White River in Arkansas and then to a Conference in Chicago landing at Midway and train to downtown hotel. (At check-in clerk asked if I had a car. I said "no, but how much for car" and he said $47/day. My daily parking at Midway was $20. Flying Pays!" It is a great business tool if you have clientele in a large area. In my case most of my clients were west of the Rockies. A typical one-day trip was Watsonville CA (near Monterey) for morning meeting with family in Stockton CA (40 min., noon luncheon with group of doctors Concord CA (25 min.), family meeting in Petaluma CA (15 min), trip home through San Francisco Bravo to KWVI (30 min), put in hanger (10 minutes), drive home (10 minutes). Then there were family trips with the grandkids etc. etc. etc. Flying was one of the greatest thrills in my life.

NOTE: The transponder is shown but I overlooked discussing that it is a new APPARERO ESG ADS-B STRATUS with blue-tooth to your I-PAD on a yoke air-conditioned holder and can transmit weather-traffic-approaches to Fore Flight!) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/7lnfhirpyf1rhx1gejaq4/FlyerVideoIFRpanel.MOV?rlkey=hfwr4sg4re3v7wv1iqe2wluql&st=y3j4we8b&dl=0/

This plane is a great business tool if you have clientele in a large area. In my case most of my clients were west of the Rockies. A typical one-day trip was to fly from Watsonville CA (near Monterey) for morning meeting with family office in Stockton CA (40 min.), the noon luncheon with group of doctors Concord CA (25 min.), then family office meeting in Petaluma CA (15 min), trip home through San Francisco Bravo to KWVI (30 min), put in hanger (10 minutes), drive home (10 minutes) arrive around 5p.m.
Then there were family trips with the grandkids and many fishing trips with my son to places like Lake Mead, Priest Lake (IDH), Sullivan Lake (Wash.), and many more. Trips to Mexico Canada. Renting a Cherokee Arrow in New Zealand for two weeks and flying into Stewart Island (pop 176) and it goes on and on and on! Flying has been the greatest thrill in my life. I am an incredibly lucky guy!
