This plane has been my baby for seven years however the time has come to pass it on to the next person who will take care of her. She works great, has a fresh annual (August), all the log books and has always lived inside. In the past ten years there has been several upgrades: The engine has been upgraded to the P-ponk increasing the horsepower to 280 and cursing speed. Leather interior and pilot & copilot articulating seats Fresh paint job New Avionics, Radio, GPS and transponder. New ELT, antenna and battery What's the engine: Continental (carbureted) O-470 modified with 520 cylinders., SN 158594-7-D The engine was overhauled in May 2014. The engine was modified a 470 to an 520-D per STC SA4988 when it was overhauled. The engine has 414.5 hours since overhaul. Tach time 4262:04, Tach time is continuous across all 3 logs as it is the original tach. TBO is 1700 hours. There has never been any damage. Prop time 706.5 since overhaul, the prop was overhauled in 2008. McCauley D2A34C58/90AT8, SN 722947 The current empty weight is 1763 pounds, Tank size: The gas tank filler label says 100LL, 32.5 Gal (which will be US gallons). I lived in Arizona for several years and moved back to Canada about 5 years ago and never changed the registration from N as I planned to move back to the US in the future.
