Third owner is selling aircraft, previous owner had gear up landing, Propjet was not involved with any of the repairs. From looking at the repairs, it appears to be a good job, has had a new belly skins replaced, engine was set to Rolls Royce authorized repair facility which on a prop strike requires that all of the gear train in the N-2 section be replaced and they overhaul the compressor case halves along with replacing the #1-2 N-1 section wheels. Time remaining are in the upper descriptions. New Hartzell 3 blade propeller was installed at the same time
