ExcelAir8 is proud to present a piece of living history in incredible shape - N59759 is a 1941 Boeing PT17 Stearman in museum condition. It was restored by Big Sky Stearman for its previous owner in the 1990s and has been a part of the estate's collection ever since. With just over 5000 hours total time and under 300 hobbs since overhaul, this aircraft is ready to turn more heads at fly-ins for years to come. It has an updated panel, Bendix brakes and is in showroom condition. You will be hard pressed to find any blemishes anywhere on the aircraft and it is currently running. While out of annual, the A&P IA who has maintained these airplanes for the previous owner noted that the airplane is ready to be ferried to its new home and would need little to no work to get a fresh annual on the books. It is powered by a Continental W670 radial and has a current registration. Please reach out to Braden at 502-724-7304 to learn more or to set up a showing. It must truly be seen to be appreciated.
