Engine: 400 since IRAN on Continental IO-520BA, including new certified VAR crankshaft, Phase III new limit crankcase, cylinders re-honed to new ring finish standard and new rings, valves and seals lapped and faced by Corona Engines of Corona, California.
GAMI injectors installed 2018; new oil cooler, 2021.
Fuel metering unit, engine driven fuel pump, spider valve unit and electric boost pump overhauled in 2020.
Instruments: KX125 TSO and Narco MK12D TSO with ID-825 VOR/LOC/GS indicator, Narco AT 150 TSO transponder with Tailbeacon ADSB, AVCOMM AC-2EX intercom connected to internal power, JPI EDM 830 engine monitor with fuel flow, oil temp and digital OAT, dual AV-30 AI and DG connected to portable GPS source.
Airframe: Single piece windshield and side windows, McKinney speed fairings, all leather interior including Kennedy bucket seats with inertial reel harnesses and Oregon Aero seat covers. DeLuca big-engine beef-up kit, Palo Alto conversion and Texas tail patches.
Hydraulic system completely overhauled by Ron Judy including pump, regulator, and MCV; hydraulic lines and actuators in 2020, all fuses replaced with circuit breakers. MLG trunnions replaced in 2019, landing gear bellcrank assemblies replaced in 2021.
