N5177P has been privately flown, owned, and hangared at (HES) Healdsburg, CA by the same pilot for the last 21 years. The current 2000 hour Lycoming O-360-A1A engine was rebuilt to a like new condition by Air Power Inc in 2024 and installed by Healdsburg Aviation during a full annual inspection in Feb 2024.
