Clean, Original Always Hangared Cherokee 181 with low airframe time and complete history since new. The current owner purchased the plane in the mid-90s while living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and moved it to Raymond, Miss. in the early 2000s. Equipped with legacy avionics, this Cherokee is a clean slate for someone to upgrade it to modern avionics. Featuring electric trim, it would be a great candidate for a Garmin GFC500 autopilot, GI275s, and a GTN750. Presently equipped with working dual nav/comm King radios, a KT76A with Skybeacon for ADS-B out, a working Apollo Flybuddy GPS, this plane would be a great time builder for a private pilot or someone wanting to pursue an instrument rating. This Cherokee lived for a time in Mexico between 1979 and 1986. It moved back to the USA in 1986, was issued a new COA and has been here ever since.
