Owned and based here at Placerville in a hangar for the last 40 years with the same owner. Complete logs. No hail. No corrosion. Damaged in 1962, but nothing since. The 57 182 is a lot lower sitting than the 56. No cowl flaps until 1959, but a very desirable year as these planes are basically nosewheel Cessna 180's. Same performance for half the price.
