Recent Part 135 and still eligible. 1970 Cessna 414 (N40NY) with 8800 TT, featuring Garmin 430W COM/NAV/GPS, Garmin 200 MFD, JPI EDM Engine Monitor, Bendix Autopilot (fully coupled), Bendix RDR 160 Color Radar, KMA 24 Audio Panel, Garmin GTX-300 S/TIS TXP, Garmin SL 30 NAVCOM, PM-300 Intercom, and radar altimeter. Engines are Continental TSIO-520-JB, both with 300 SMOH by Penn Yann in 2017. Props are model 3FF32C501-B with 500 SMOH in 2016. The aircraft has a long-range fuel capacity of 180 gallons, seating for 7 (6 plus belted potty), Newer Cessna 421 style seats, working electric air conditioning, Whelen strobes, and VG's. Not FIKI, but equipped with wing and tail de-ice boots and prop heat. Recently Part 135, it's in excellent mechanical condition with shiny paint needing minor touch-ups. Located at KARB in Ann Arbor, Michigan, with the annual completed in March 2023. Very active, has been flown 28 times since May 30, 2024. A great low-cost entry point for a pressurized cabin-class airplane that is Part 135 ready. Took this aircraft on trade-in in July 2024 from an owner who wanted room for golf clubs and stepped into our 414A.
