Incidents in 1979 and 1980 involving off airport and gear. Prop-strike more recent than that but engine torn down and prop replaced at that timer. Complete logs. Current owner moving up to a twin. Has owned this plane since 2016 and has found it to be very reliable and never left him down. He has put 1300 hours on it. No hail. No corrosion. Spar Eddy Current test just completed. 140 Kts on 9 GPH.
